To find a job in Ghana, you can start searching over the internet and searching google. You can look for recruitment agencies in the Country. And you can look for jobs on Facebook groups in the Country. Everyone who wants to find a job in the Country must first look for a job there.

Once you find a job, you may need a work permit. You can do this from abroad or in the Country. Nationality citizens, and residents, do not need a work permit to find a job. In most cases, every other nationality wants to apply for a work permit to work with regular documents. You can do this together with your new employer or employment agency. That can be, for example, “construction worker in Accra” or “babysitter in Kumasi.” Use the language that you feel most comfortable speaking. Go beyond the first few pages. Go deep with your search. You’ll get an immediate sense of what’s around and which job websites best suit your needs.

Google MapsBaidu MapsNaver Maps2GIS, or any other map app, can help you find employers near you or abroad. Look for an organization that might have job opportunities for you. For example, look for “retail in Tamale” or “mall in Accra.”

Facebook groups can also be an option to start to see what’s around you. You can search for Facebook groups that talk about the Country and jobs.

Jobberman is a popular job website in the Country.

Job List Ghana, Reconnect AfricaJob Web Ghana, and Career Jet are other popular job websites in the Country. These websites have most of the jobs listed, and you can find a job that suits your career.

Besides the particular sites, LinkedIn Ghana is also a popular choice when networking for jobs in the Country.

You can look up a recruitment agency that can help you. You can type “recruitment agency near Accra” on Google Maps or any other map app (whichever you prefer). There you can find a list of appropriate agencies that you can contact. If you are outside the Country, you can search your area for local recruitment agencies. These are some popular agencies where you can find a new job in Ghana. They can help you find a job in Ghana.

Be aware that you should not pay an agency when they find a job for you. So be careful when an agency asks you for money.

Ask around you for jobs in Ghana.

Speak with any person who may have traveled or worked in Ghana. You will see that some of your friends or family know someone who knows someone. Ask around, and find opportunities among your contacts.

To find a job in Ghana, look at local newspapers, bulletin boards, radio, and word of mouth. Local radio and newspapers are a good source of information about jobs in the Country.
